WHAT IS MOVEMENT PRACTICE ?
Movement Practice is a research based physical & philosophical practice and culture where a practitioner pursues the core principles behind “human movement.” By understanding these “core principles” you are able to bring out your true potential as a human being. It trains the body and mind to become resilient yet mobile in order to adapt into various situations. It’s more of a “practice” than “training” or a “fitness activity.” To be more of yourself, to be more human.
